• business centers in Germany or abroad, who might need help with the translation of foreign-language correspondence on behalf of their clients;

They all have a similar concern, that is to continue their business with a lot of dedication, passion and love for their work in an authentic and sustainable way. Therefore, they might need the help of a dedicated professional assistant. However, they do not need support permanently or on a daily basis, but only for a certain period of time when the increased quantity of work requires assistance to accomplish a considerable amount of work. This can be on an hourly, weekly, monthly or project basis.

I would be pleased to assist you in carrying out every-day work or supporting you with different projects in your online or offline business. Everything is possible from multilingual translations to administrative, creative or organizational tasks.

With my support, you have more time to focus on your profitable core tasks and can do exactly what is most important for you. Things, you have been aware of for quite some time, but didn’t find the time to take action as for example customer visits, planning and implementation of a new project, etc.

Due to my many years of professional and international experience in different positions, countries and areas as well as many interests, I am flexible and open-minded related to challenges, tasks and projects. In terms of my support, we will remain flexible

We can work together in the long run or for a short term or on a project related basis.

You only pay for the contracted time. There are no additional personnel or labor costs to pay, as for example wages paid on sick leave, employer’s contribution to social security or provision of a workstation as with normal employees. I will keep you informed about the state of affairs, the ongoing progress in the work and the following steps.

Individual hours and package prices:

You can opt for individual hours or buy a set amount of hours.  

Payment by the hour: An hourly rate will be charged depending on the nature of task/project to be accomplished. Time will be rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

A set amount of hours can be bought at a reduced rate and has to be paid in advance. Hour packages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase

I offer hour packages for 5, 10 and 20 hours.

Single hours will be charged on a weekly basis after completion of the work. However, new customers have to pay in advance for the first two orders.

All prices are net prices, the VAT (value added tax) is NOT included.

The hourly rates vary depending on the nature of the task, complexity and level of difficulty.

Mobile support on site at your premises between Hamburg and Kiel:

According to your request, there is the option to support you on site at your premises as long as these are located between Hamburg and Kiel. In this case, a flat rate of 0,35 Euro per kilometer driven will be charged in addition to the fixed hourly rate.

In case you need a project support for customer visits for interpreting purposes on business trips, etc., this is possible on a worldwide scale.
